Ingredients
- 1 baguette (preferably stale)
- ¼ cup Sage Infused Olive Oil
- ¼ cup melted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon chili flakes
- Salt to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 300°F.
Cut the baguette into small pieces and spread evenly on a baking sheet. Toast in the oven for 10–15 minutes, or until completely crunchy. -
Cool and blend.
Remove the bread from the oven and allow to cool. Increase oven temperature to 325°F. Transfer the toasted bread to a food processor and pulse until you reach your desired crumb texture. -
Mix the flavors.
In a large bowl, combine the breadcrumbs with Sage Olive Oil, melted butter, minced garlic, chili flakes, and salt. Toss until evenly coated. -
Bake to finish.
Spread the seasoned breadcrumb mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake at 325°F for 5–10 minutes, or until golden brown and fragrant.
