Round Pond Estate specializes in the creation of pure, expressive wines, artisan foods and unforgettable experiences. Our distinctive experiences are deeply rooted in authenticity and crafted by an unrivaled sense of place. Inspired by old world hospitality, we welcome guests to become part of our extended family as we create environments that engage the senses and capture the splendor and beauty of the Napa Valley.

Located in the heart of Rutherford, our winery is open Wednesday – Sunday by appointment from 10am – 4pm.

Due to the nature of our tasting experiences, we are unable to accommodate pets and persons under the age of 21 (infants included).
All experience fees are independent of wine purchases & are not discounted or waived with purchase. 

Portfolio Tasting Experience

Savor a selection of lush and captivating estate grown wines. The Portfolio Tasting offers an inviting and memorable tasting of our current releases from the heart of the famed Rutherford winegrowing region. By appointment Wednesday – Sunday. Please allow 60 minutes.

Artisan Tasting Experience

Experience the beauty of Napa Valley winemaking as you enjoy a selection of limited-production Estate wines accompanied by an artisanal gourmet plate from our Estate Chef. Offering panoramic views of the vineyards and the Mayacamas mountains, the Artisan Tasting is an ideal part of a serene wine country getaway. By appointment Wednesday – Sunday. Please allow 90 minutes.

Gravel Series Experience

For Cabernet Sauvignon collectors interested in experiencing the truly exceptional. Explore the small production and highly-allocated Gravel Series wines alongside small bites from Executive Chef, Fernando Arias.

By appointment Wednesday – Sunday at 12:30pm and 2:30pm. Please allow 90 minutes.

Il Pranzo

Experience an incredible culinary journey beginning with a tour of the winery, vineyards and garden, followed by a curated 4-course wine and food pairing featuring seasonal ingredients from the garden. Each course is carefully designed by Estate Chef Fernando Arias to showcase the beauty of each wine. By appointment Thursday – Sunday at 11:30am and 1:30pm. Please allow 2.5 hours. This is a communal experience and all guests will share a table.
