What is the fee to join your membership?

There is no fee to join our quarterly memberships.


What is the cancellation policy?

You may cancel at any time without penalty.


Can I change my membership level and how do I do that?

Yes, you can make changes to your membership at any time. To do so, reach out to Membership Manager Christina Marsalek by phone at (707) 302-2515 or by email at and she will be happy to assist.


What address should I use to ship my quarterly wine offerings?

We recommend using a business address as the shipment will require a signature from someone 21+ at delivery.


What happens to my shipment if I am not available to sign for it?

The carriers will make three delivery attempts before holding your package at a local hub for three days and then returning it to us. If your shipment gets returned, we will reach out and make arrangements to reship.


What happens if you ship out my wine and I realize you have the wrong shipping address?

How do benefits work? When do they begin?

Benefits are activated once you’ve placed your first club order. Savings will apply automatically to purchases of wine and gourmet products, anywhere you shop – online, by phone or email, and in person.
