Ingredients
- ¼ lb block of feta, cut into bite-sized cubes
- Peels of 4 oranges
- 2 sprigs fresh thyme
- 1 bottle Round Pond Estate Thyme Infused Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp black peppercorns
Instructions
- In a small to medium pot, combine the orange peels, thyme, olive oil, and peppercorns. Slowly steep over very low heat for about 10 minutes.
- Arrange the cubed feta in a single layer in a small container.
- Once the oil mixture has steeped and cooled slightly, pour it over the feta to cover.
- Refrigerate overnight to allow the flavors to infuse. Serve the next day and enjoy!
