Bovet Reserve Sauvignon Blanc
Our Bovet Reserve Sauvignon Blanc is made in a ripe, rich, and forward style. The grapes are harvested later in the season within a 2–3 week window when the tropical notes are at their peak. Only the best lots are then chosen and fermented naturally in subtle, water-bent French oak barrels; increasing the perception of sweetness on the nose and adding layers of complexity. The wine is barrel fermented and kept on its lees but does not go through malolactic fermentation to maintain its richness and distinguishing flavors. While this wine is elegant and effortless to enjoy, the depth and complex nature found here will provide ample opportunity for the seasoned palate to contemplate the experience.
