Graced with rich Napa Valley soil, our Estate grown olive trees are nurtured daily using only sustainable farming techniques and organic nutrients for cultivation. Individual olive varietals are hand-picked and crushed separately in our own Olive Mill. After careful blending, we bottle in small lots to ensure our oil is always fresh. From tree to table, attention to every detail enables us to offer you the finest of Olive Oils.
