Ingredients
- ¼ lb block of feta (cut into bite-sized cubes)
- Peels of 4 oranges
- 2 sprigs fresh thyme
- 1 bottle Round Pond Estate Thyme Infused Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp black peppercorns
Directions
In a small to medium pot, combine the orange peels, thyme, olive oil, and peppercorns. Slowly steep over very low heat for about 10 minutes.
Arrange the cubed feta in a single layer in a small container.
Once the oil mixture has steeped and cooled slightly, pour it over the feta to cover.
Refrigerate overnight to allow the flavors to infuse. Serve the next day and enjoy!
