One of Napa’s most acclaimed winemakers, Thomas has earned multiple 100-point scores and was named Winemaker of the Year by Food & Wine. He’s worked with top Cabernet producers like Schrader, Maybach, and Outpost, bringing exceptional skill and vision to every bottle.
Jeff Plant
Estate Winemaker
A Napa native, Jeff began his career under the mentorship of Tom Rinaldi and Chris Cooney. He joined Round Pond in 2015 as cellar master and steadily grew into his role as estate winemaker. He brings a deep respect for the vineyard and sees each vintage as a chance to craft something exceptional.
