Ingredients

  • 1 baguette (preferably stale)
  • ¼ cup Sage Infused Olive Oil
  • ¼ cup butter (melted)
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 tbsp chili flakes
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F.

  2. Cut the baguette into small pieces and spread evenly on a baking sheet.

  3. Toast in the oven for 10–15 minutes, or until completely crunchy.

  4. Remove the bread from the oven and allow to cool.

  5. Increase oven temperature to 325°F.

  6. Transfer the toasted bread to a food processor and pulse until you reach your desired crumb texture.

  7. In a large bowl, combine the breadcrumbs with Sage Olive Oil, melted butter, minced garlic, chili flakes, and salt.

  8. Toss until evenly coated.

  9. Spread the seasoned breadcrumb mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.

  10. Bake at 325°F for 5–10 minutes, or until golden brown and fragrant.
