To create our Italian Varietal Extra Virgin Olive Oil, we hand-selected and imported some of the world’s finest olive trees. Recognized for their heady aromas and voluptuous flavors, the olives from these 100 year-old trees produce oil of remarkable depth and richness. After harvest, the olives are pressed in either the traditional stone mill or the Hammermill, a gentle, more modern process that captures fresh green Tuscan flavors.
