Crafted with purpose from the very beginning, we harvest our Nebbiolo grapes early, specifically for this wine, when sugars are lower and acidity is bright, preserving the grape’s natural vibrancy.  Aged exclusively in stainless steel, our goal is to make a Rosato with bright berry and wild strawberry flavors with wonderfully mouth-watering acidity.
