Ripened in the rich soils of Rutherford, California, our imported Mediterranean olive trees give us fruit of extraordinary purity, flavor and character for our olive oil. Each olive oil is crafted from a meticulous selection of hand-harvested olives using our signature, pressing methods. With one of only two olive mills in the region, we are able to combine traditional stone mill techniques and master blending in small lots, to ensure that each gourmet olive oil is delivered to your door at the height of vibrant freshness.
Italian Varietal Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Crafted from a medley of Italian olives grown on our Rutherford estate, this extra-virgin olive oil is hand-harvested at the initial stage of ripeness, and crushed individually by varietal to capture the fresh and lively green Tuscan flavors.
Spanish Varietal Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Crafted from the fruit of 100-year-old Spanish olive trees, harvested by hand, and pressed in our imported stone mill. By utilizing traditional milling techniques and carefully blending in small lots we preserve this enticing oils full-bodied flavor and a buttery richness.
