Tangy homemade barbecue sauce to add to all of your favorite grilling recipes!
Ingredients
- 1½ cups ketchup
- ¼ cup Round Pond Cabernet & Merlot Blend Red Wine Vinegar
- 2 tbsp molasses
- 1 tbsp agave nectar
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp hot pepper sauce
- ¼ tsp Ancho chili powder
- Kosher salt (to taste)
- Freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
Directions
Mix all ingredients together. Taste and adjust ingredients according to personal preference.
To serve as a dipping sauce with Ground Beef Meat balls, put ingredients into a small saucepan. Add 2/3 cup water; heat to simmer for a few minutes. Serve warm. Do not add water if using for grilled hamburgers.
