Tangy homemade barbecue sauce to add to all of your favorite grilling recipes!

Ingredients

  • 1½ cups ketchup
  • ¼ cup Round Pond Cabernet & Merlot Blend Red Wine Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp molasses
  • 1 tbsp agave nectar
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp hot pepper sauce
  • ¼ tsp Ancho chili powder
  • Kosher salt (to taste)
  • Freshly ground black pepper (to taste)

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together. Taste and adjust ingredients according to personal preference.

  2. To serve as a dipping sauce with Ground Beef Meat balls, put ingredients into a small saucepan. Add 2/3 cup water; heat to simmer for a few minutes. Serve warm. Do not add water if using for grilled hamburgers.
