Thomas Rivers Brown Consulting Winemaker One of Napa Valley’s most acclaimed winemakers, Thomas has made the most 100-point wines in the valley and was named Food & Wine’s Winemaker of the Year multiple times. Since moving from South Carolina in 1996, he has built his reputation crafting Cabernet Sauvignon for top producers like Schrader, Maybach, and Outpost.

Jeff Plant
A Napa native, Jeff began his career under the mentorship of Chris Cooney at Stags Leap as well as Tom Rinaldi. He joined Round Pond in 2015 as cellar master and steadily grew into his role as estate winemaker. He brings a deep respect for the vineyard and sees each vintage as a chance to craft
something exceptional.
