Round Pond is thrilled to present a portfolio of our olive oils, as well as our brand new red wine vinegars in miniature 50ml size bottles. The mini bottles are ideal for gift giving and allow you to sample the diversity of flavors without exceeding your needs or cupboard space. Using the Orleans Method, we craft a classic red wine from Estate fruit, introduce a Mother Culture and then allow it to mature for 10 months in French oak. Blended by hand, this vinegar demonstrates nuances of dark fruit, robust flavors, and finishes dry.
