Our Blood Orange Olive Oil is a unique fusion of organic blood oranges and Round Pond estate olives. Traditional techniques and our signature small-lot blending methods culminate in this artisanal oil, which is distinguished by its signature sweet, voluptuous character. Intensely fragrant and deliciously smooth, this exclusive oil embellishes any sauce or marinade.
2009 Tasting Notes: Pairing the sweet, exotic flavors of blood orange with classic Leccino and Frantoio Italian olive varietals, this whimsical oil is buttery, lush and overflowing with vibrant aromatics. Please note, while we were unable to produce additional Blood Orange Olive Oil due to small yields in the 2010 harvest, we recently bottled this 2009 harvest oil directly from the tank. It tastes fantastic and fresh and we know you will enjoy it!
